At Puzzle Creative, we recently worked with Chantelle and the team at The Care Pod to redesign their website and online presence. The organisation has grown significantly in recent years, expanding its services beyond dementia support into a wider range of community-based wellbeing and care services.
The existing website needed to reflect this evolution, clearly explaining the full range of support available while presenting a modern, welcoming identity for families, partners, and professionals.
The result is a refreshed website that better communicates The Care Pod’s mission and the impact of its services in the community.
A Refreshed Website Designed for a Broader Vision
As The Care Pod expanded its reach, it became important for the website to represent the organisation’s full range of services and community programmes, not just its original focus.

The new structure allows the organisation to introduce and develop new service areas while maintaining a consistent and recognisable identity.
A Modern Look and Stronger Brand Identity
Alongside the structural changes, we introduced a fresh visual style for the website.
The goal was to create a look that feels:

The updated design improves readability, simplifies navigation, and provides a clearer way to showcase the organisation’s programmes, initiatives, and partnerships.
Clear Service Pages and User Journey
We also helped develop a clearer service page structure, organising the organisation’s offerings into individual “pods” so that each programme can be explained in a straightforward and engaging way.
This approach allows visitors to quickly understand:

who it is designed for
how to access support or get involved
