It's simple. We have all the expertise you need to deliver results whilst you find a permanent solution. Our services are always tailored to your needs and we'll roll our sleeves up and be an extended member of your team. You can ask us to do anything that provides you with peace of mind and business continuity for your clients.

How it works...
Here's an overview of how you can work with us to build your business. You can refine and amend your overall plan with your Business Development Manager.
Your Service
(what do you need help with?)
We'll talk through your needs and identify your core services and how we can help you.
You will work with a dedicated Business Development Manager who will act as your point of contact throughout the process.
Your services can flex and change according to your needs and we'll continuously review and monitor usage and added-value.
Your Budget
(how much can you afford to spend?)
You are in full control of how much you spend. We'll work out and estimate of time for the services that you need help with.
We charge a flat rate of £40 per hour and we'll ask that you commit to a base amount of 3 hours at £120. Thereafter, you are free to agree any number of hours of support to ensure that your needs are fulfilled.
Time Frame
(how long do you need support?)
The service is designed to flex with your needs. Once you have filled your position, you can continue to work with us, or we can pause the support.
We'll always be on hand if you need additional help as your recruitment needs change.
We'll be working on a month-by-month basis. If you have a longer term need, talk to us and we'll explore how best to work together.
