What is an e-voucher?

An e-voucher is a pre-paid voucher for a value that can be used for our services. We use a platform called Voucher Cart to make the process super simple. When you make your purchase, you will receive an e-voucher by email. This can be gifted with a personalised message and emailed directly to the recipient.

What can e-vouchers be used for?

E-vouchers can be used for any of our services and either credited towards the full cost of a service or as payment in full depending on the voucher amount.

How much are e-vouchers?

E-vouchers can be purchased from £25 upwards, or you can set your own amount. Our services are usually £55 per hour for support work, and £75 for strategic advice and guidance. By pre-purchasing your e-vouchers, you will be saving 10 per cent off the usual cost of our services. This means that the hourly rates are £49.50 and £69.50 respectively.

How long does an e-voucher last for?

E-vouchers are redeemable (valid) for 12 months from the date of purchase.  We will encourage you to make use of the services within this time. If you need to extend the period please talk to our team before the date of expiry and we'll grant an extension of up to three months if needed.

Can I get a refund on e-vouchers purchased?

We do not provide refunds on e-vouchers purchased more than three months ago. However, if you have purchased your e-voucher within our three-month initial purchase period, you may request a refund.

You can of course choose different services and each client will have an initial meeting to explore their specific needs with the team.
